1) Srila Prabhupada Tells a Story:

KRISHNA TAKES CARE OF EVERYTHING

Achyutänanda: What would be the result if all the people became devotees of Krishna Chaitanya Mahäprabhu? How would everything in the world go on if everyone becomes a devotee?

Prabhupäda: Very good result. He is lamenting; He doesn’t want the good result that everyone will become Kåñëa conscious. There is a story in this connection that there was once a hatta, a fair or market in a village. So at that time thousands of salesmen assembled there along with their goods and commodities. Seeing such a huge gathering of people, one old lady of that village began to cry loudly. Then her elderly son inquired, “Mother, why are you crying?”. She replied, “So many people have come here. Where shall I accommodate all these people to lie down at night? There are so many people in this village.” The son began to laugh. “My dear mother, you don’t bother. It will be all arranged.” “No, my dear son, I am very much perplexed.” So she began to cry. Later in the evening the son called the mother, “Mother, now you see in the marketplace.” She was surprised when she saw everyone had gone.  So there is arrangement. All those thousands of people assembled in the market, they have got their sleeping place. They have got their eating place. In due course of nature’s activities, everything will go nicely - prakåteù kriyamäëäni guëaiù karmäëi sarvaçaù [Bg. 3.27]. You need not be worried. You better be worried how to develop your Kåñëa consciousness. Other things will go on. And what is the harm there if all people become Kåñëa conscious, and go back to home, back to Godhead. Is that very good business to remain here in this material existence and suffer three-fold miseries? Anyway, that will not happen. Don’t be worried. Kåñëa Consciousness is not so cheap. Only a few fortunate people will take it. Others will remain. Don’t worry. (Laughter)

2) Srila Prabhupada's Proverbs:

A Bad King Spoils The Kingdom And A Bad Housewife Spoils The Family

There is a proverb in Bengali that a bad king spoils the kingdom and a bad housewife spoils the family. This truth is applicable here also. Because the King was pious and obedient to the Lord and sages, because he was no one’s enemy and because he was a recognized agent of the Lord and therefore protected by Him, all the citizens under the King’s protection were, so to speak, directly protected by the Lord and His authorized agents. Unless one is pious and recognized by the Lord, he cannot make others happy who are under his care. There is full cooperation between man and God and man and nature, and this conscious cooperation between man and God and man and nature, as exemplified by King Yudhiñöhira, can bring about happiness, peace and prosperity in the world. The attitude of exploiting one another, the custom of the day, will only bring misery. - Purport, SB 1.10.6

3) Srila Prabhupada's Quotes:

One should read Bhagavad-gétä very scrutinizingly with the help of a person who is a devotee of Çré Kåñëa and try to understand it without personally motivated interpretations. If someone is fortunate enough to understand Bhagavad-gétä in the line of disciplic succession, without motivated interpretation, then he surpasses all studies of Vedic wisdom, and all scriptures of the world.
